Peron Cottage is available all year round, but fees and rates vary depending on the time of the year, as stipulated below.

A Bond must be paid prior to occupying the cottage.  The value of the Bond is $500 irrespective of the length of stay and is fully refundable upon the completion of a successful property inspection by the property managers.

Linen is not supplied.  If you would like us to arrange for the delivery of hired linen, please advise at the time of booking and we will advise you the additional cost.
